How I Got Here
I'm Nour — a Food Quality Engineer with hands-on ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP experience on real production lines in Amman. Working that close to the factory floor showed me exactly where manual CCP checks break down — and where continuous AI monitoring and batch traceability close that gap.
